Keto breakfast at the beach…Cream Cheese Pancakes, Bacon, heated small amount of all-fruit jam with spoon of sf syrup….soooo delicious! Changed recipe on pg 48 of B & B book; didn’t want crepes so here’s what I did: 1/2 c soft cream cheese, 2eggs, 1/2 tsp stevia, 1/2tsp cinnamon, splash of vanilla. I mixed all that and Then I added 2 tbsp coconut flour. Made 2 really nice servings of 3 pancakes each!
